The Nebula Centre
The Nebula Centre is located off Manchester Road in Carrington. Parking is available.
Counselling sessions are held in a safe, confidential space, surrounded by trees and calm. When the weather is good there is a chance to take our sessions outdoors. Please note, the room is accessed by stairs.
Online sessions
Online sessions are held on Google Meet. I will send you a link via your email address and details of how you access the meeting.
You will need a safe, quiet space to attend the session where you cannot be overheard.
Walking Therapy
Walking therapy can be arranged at 3 sites in South Manchester. Worsley woods, Urmston Meadows and Stretford.
Maps and directions to parking will be sent to you before the session.
Manchester Wellbeing Rooms
Manchester Wellbeing Rooms are located at the Station House in Stretford.
The room offers a safe, confidential space for sessions easily accessed off the Trafford Park train station. Parking on the street available.
